Select Properties > Click on the Compatibility tab. Click on the Run this program as an administrator checkbox to select it. Now, click on Apply and then OK to save changes. My MBP has the same Vega 20 that's apparently available on the 4K Intel iMac, and the game runs really well with that, but I don't know how that compares with the M1 GPU. If you set GSYNC up in the NVIDIA driver to also apply in windowed mode, it works in CK3, which means the game isn't running at true fullscreen. Other games continue to use the Nvidia GPU fine with not noticeable problem. Please explain how to reproduce the .
