Onecolleague in Spain cleaned them, but manually with a solvent. In the end Mazda did a walnut blast FOC due to it being a known issue with the engine. I think Mazda are the only ones with the adapters for cleaning. By all accounts it made no difference. And they ended up replacing the boost solinoid valves. Again which made no difference.
